I delete my theme, I manually install theme-name core plugin, activate it and then try to install custom theme again. The theme that I am trying to install has some custom plugins required to be instaled. I can now access localhost/wordpress/login again. So I go to my wp-content/themes and delete theme-name folder. I can’t even access localhost/wordpress/login. Before the activation even starts I get an error page with the same error (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) and my whole localhost/wordpress is down. When I try to see the live preview of a theme my browser (Chrome) gives me an error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.
